The main beam of QD32t hook bridge crane is paved with rails for the crane trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main beam is welded with the box-type end beam, and the end beam is arranged with joints in the middle, connected by bolts or pins, for the disassembly and transportation of the bridge.
The operation mode includes ground handle, wireless remote control and cab. There are two types of cab: open type and closed type. There are adjustable seats in the cab. The floor is paved with insulating mat. The window glass is made of toughened glass. According to the user's requirements, it can be equipped with cold and warm air conditioner, sounder, interphone and other items.
The crane can be equipped with lifting devices such as motor grab and electromagnetic chuck to meet the requirements of lifting various types of materials.
The working level of the crane is A3~A7, and the common lifting capacity is 3~250t. It is suitable for loading, unloading and lifting in factories, warehouses and freight yards with an ambient temperature of - 20 ℃ - 40 ℃ and a relative humidity of not more than 85%. It is prohibited to work in flammable, explosive and corrosive atmosphere.
