1、 The essential difference between QD type and LH type:

QD can reach a higher level of work, but LH is difficult to use at a higher level. This is also the fatal weakness of Hulu Shuang. If forced, it can be used, but it will reduce the service life of the equipment. For large tonnage and high working level, double-head hoist is not recommended.




2、 Advantages and disadvantages:

QD: It can bear a strong working level and can be used under more complex and worse working conditions. Easy to maintain. But the price is high, the wheel pressure is large, and the self-weight is heavy.

LH: compact structure, light weight, simple operation and space saving. The disadvantage is that it can't reach a high level of work




3、 Differences between control modes:

Ground operation: handle operation/remote operation. Pneumatic operation: cab (cam control, linkage control)

1. Handle: people follow the car, saving people, controlling the driving and hanging objects. Disadvantages: It is dangerous for people to walk with lifting objects

2. Remote control: It is not necessary to follow the traffic flow when lifting large and dangerous goods. Disadvantages: limited vision.
